How are students placed in the right level?
Each student completes a placement assessment and consultation to identify their level, learning goals, and the most suitable level and programme — whether for academic support, IGCSE preparation, or language development.
What age groups do you accept?
We welcome learners aged 5 to 18 for our young learners and teen programmes, and learners 18 and above for adult Foundation and Starter courses.
Who are your teachers?
Our teachers are qualified international educators with experience in international schools, British, and IB systems, dedicated to inspiring academic growth and real-world confidence.
What language is used in class?
Most of our lessons for young learners are conducted fully in English to encourage natural communication and language immersion. For Adult beginner levels, teachers provide bilingual support (English–Mandarin or English–Thai) when needed to ensure full understanding and comfort.
Do you offer trial lessons before enrolment?
Yes. New students are welcome to book a trial lesson before enrolling. The trial lesson is priced the same as a regular class to ensure learners approach it with seriousness and full commitment while experiencing our teaching approach.
What are the class sizes and schedules like?
Classes are kept intentionally small, usually 6–8 students, to ensure personalised learning focus, individual attention and active participation.
We offer flexible weekday and weekend timetables to suit school and family schedules. You may refer to our details Centre Calendar and Class Schedule.
Can learners join the course after it has started?
Yes. Learners are welcome to join at any time throughout the term or course.
All course fees will be prorated based on the remaining lessons, and our teachers will provide individual support to help new students settle into the class smoothly with confidence.
Do you offer any additional courses related to English or Mandarin Course?
Both English and Mandarin have Reading & Writing Club courses that build students’ literacy, comprehension, and written expression through a structured, skill-based approach.
Lessons cover vocabulary development, reading strategies, grammar in context, and both creative and academic writing. Helping students strengthen both fluency and critical thinking.
Can lessons be rescheduled or made up?
Yes. With advance notice, students may reschedule or take a make-up class, subject to availability. Please refer to the different Course Policies for details specific to each programme.
Do you offer holiday or short-term learning programmes?
Yes. Our Holiday Camps provide fun, hands-on learning through language development, physical activities, art and craft, storytelling, science, and cultural projects during school breaks. All designed to build global curiosity and confidence. Please follow our Instagram and Facebook to stay updated.
Do students receive certificates or progress reports?
Yes. Every course includes a Progress Report and Certificate of Achievement from Belingo World to recognise students’ progress and milestones.
Can parents join or observe the class?
No, parents are not allowed to sit in during lessons to maintain a focused learning environment.
However, teachers provide feedback after the trial lesson and again two lessons before the package or course finishes to keep parents informed of their child’s progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international payments via Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Thai QR Code, as well as domestic Thai cards for local transactions.
