1. Registration

By completing the registration, you acknowledge and accept our enrolment terms and conditions.

A one-time registration fee (including material fee) of 700 THB applies upon enrolment.

2. Class Packages

To support steady progress and confidence in language learning, learners are kindly encouraged to attend at least two classes per week per language.

All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each learner is entitled to one make-up class during the final week of the term.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows and Late Arrival

To ensure a smooth learning experience, learners are kindly asked to arrive on time. Learners arriving late are still welcome to join the class. However, no additional time will be added.

To help us manage class flow smoothly, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time. The cancellation will be considered effective once a confirmation has been received from the centre.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be eligible for a make-up class.

No-shows will not be eligible for a make-up class.

4. Communication

To check the class schedule or cancel a lesson, etc., please get in touch with us through one of our official communication channels during business hours from 9AM-6PM, Mon - Sat.

5. Learning Report

To keep learners and, where applicable, parents informed and engaged in the learning journey, teachers provide regular feedback throughout the course and a progress report at the end of each term (one report per level).

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed in full UPON registration program. A receipt will be provided upon confirmation of payment.

7. Health and Safety

We regularly clean and sanitise classrooms, shared materials, and high-touch areas to keep our space safe and welcoming. 

8. Schedule Changes

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 or other disruptions) that require adjustments to the regular class schedule, we kindly ask for your flexibility in attending the revised times. Classes may be shifted online to ensure learning continues smoothly.
