1. Registration

To begin, parents are kindly asked to complete a Waiver and Consent Form. This helps us get to know your child and prepare for a smooth and welcoming start.

2. Packages

To support each family’s schedule, we offer hour-based packages in 

1-hour

6-hour (valid for 1 month) 

10-hour (valid for 2 months) 

20-hour (valid for 3 months)

Credit validity depends on the selected package and will be communicated clearly at the time of enrollment.

All packages are non-refundable and non-extendable.

3. Pick-up & Drop-off

We kindly encourage on-time drop-off and pick-up to help children settle in comfortably and support a smooth routine for everyone.

We understand that delays can happen. If you anticipate being late, please let us know as soon as possible. A late pick-up fee of 300 THB may apply for delays exceeding 15 minutes, depending on the circumstances. To ensure your child’s safety, only the person listed on the pick-up sticker will be allowed to check them in or out.

4. Health and Safety 

We regularly clean and sanitise classrooms, shared materials, and high-touch areas to keep our space safe and welcoming.

If your child is feeling unwell, we kindly suggest keeping them home to rest and recover comfortably.

5. Behaviour & Wellbeing

We gently encourage kindness, sharing, and respectful play. If a child shows signs of distress or aggressive behaviour that affects the safety or comfort of others, our team will respond with care and compassion, and contact parents if early pick-up is needed.
